Having my M4400 for a week now and it runs quite good.

Only thing that keeps borthers me is that sometimes when i closes the lid (with sleep disable) the screen keeps black I have to shut it down by keep pressing power button.
also.. when entering sleep mode (via power button or start menu) it does not go into sleep - the screen turns black (but still on) and i have to turn it down to get it to live again. (both things happen randomly)

Anyone having same problem? - it's pretty annoying!

hmmmm...check all the energy saver settings and such. Check both DCP and all energy options in Vista. Maybe the settings there are getting in eachothers way. Wouldn't know what else could cause this.

Hehe, tell me about it, its totally screwed up , open the lid fast or slow, or use fn+d. Annoying is lightly put, i would say frustrating.
