    To all who use the M2400/M4400 & E6400/E6500 with NVidia GPUs -

    What's your favorite video driver, and why?

    If you use the Dell WHQL drivers, you prefer Dell 176.07 to Dell 176.53?

    What BIOS revision are you on?

    What OS are you on?

    Do you notice higher GPU temps with a particular driver?

    I notice slightly less fan usage while using Dell WHQL 176.07; I'm on BIOS A13 on an M4400 running Vista x64.

    I'm on 176.53,but didn't really notice a difference to the earlier dell one,have also tried three or four laptopvideo2go one's [much later release,can't remember version's] but I always seem to have problem's with windvd with ltv2go driver's,and they haven't performed any better than the dell driver's for me.

    Using bios A13 since late last night,so haven't had a great deal of experience with it yet,but seem's like you say,higher fan cut in point's,was previously using A02,but I'll have to get back to you about A13 when I've had more time with it.

    using XP pro 32bit.

    Haven't really noticed a huge difference with different driver's and temp's,I changed my cpu from P8600 to X9100 which added another 5 degC to the GPU max temp's and obviously much higher cpu temp's if it's being worked as well as just idling.
    Different driver's have only really changed the idle temp's for my GPU.
