I just received my new M4400 and like it. However, the 9 cell battery I have seems to fit a bit loose on the left side of the computer. While not a huge issue, it is annoying. Does anyone else have this issue? Should I send the battery back or could it be the internal latch that is loose?

My original 9 cell was loose, the replacement 9 cell is loose, and the 6 cell I bought is loose....it's called sloppy chinese manufacturing tolerance's.

I jam a couple of bit's of cardboard under the battery to stop it knocking.
Yes,I would prefer not to have to,but what do you do apart from choosing a different notebook....it has a lot of good point's also

Same here...bit loose on one side, noticed it on both systems i had. One of the minor flaws like also how the power plug fits, it's not like it fall out but i would've liked it too fit a bit tighter....no biggie though
