Yes, both are good ideas. Now, i´ve flashed my Card twice with the Option -6 (-5 isn´t anymore available). I have accepted the mismatch... everything fine and done... and after restarting: 15CD.
???? I doesn´t have any ideas how to Flash here the ID.

Don't expect the PCI ID to change after the flash. It will be different from the expected value because it is being used in a different system. (Strange, but that's how it works with the MXM GPU cards.) You will always have to modify the driver INF file to compensate for it.

After flashing with the Dell vBIOS, have you had any further luck getting the driver to load?

No, it´s the same like before. But i haven´t done anything with the .inf file again.
Meanwhile i have read a lot; most of the users are flashing with a mod-bios, but it has nothing to do with the ID. The ID seems to be a fixed part internally. So i have to decide if it´s worth to have such a Card in my M6800 or if i take a K5100M instead of it. This one was delivered with the M6800 - so a Dell type should work without any restrictions.

But where is Problem in the .inf-file?

One step more: after editing the inf file of a nvidia driver package, i got this error when installing...: The "hashvalue" for this file is not present in the catalogue. The file seems to be damaged.... I think my modificated inf. file does not match with the security catalogue nv_disp.cat. And that´s the end of my aknowledge :( I´m not a programmer. Live with this issue or sell the card elsewhere an buy a K5100M. I have no idea to hack this.

No need to mess with modding the inf at your own. just go to https://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/ to download the modded inf and use it straight away.

Just to make sure, have you enabled test mode?

You cannot install a driver with a modified INF file without disabling the driver signature check. You can either do this at boot time by using the Windows advanced boot options screen (I described this method in my detailed post which I linked earlier) or you can use bcdedit to make the change permanently, putting them system in "test mode" where it will accept unsigned drivers but also show a notice on the desktop.

I've found the card! You can have it for USD$160.

Let me know and I'll take some pictures of the card.

Afterwards, we can take it further and go through the proper sale process in this forum.

I just want to thank you. This thread help me to get the M4000M successfully installed on my M6800, the driver signature was the tricky part. Now I can put my games up to very high settings with decent frame rates.
