    Hi,
I've tried upgrading the BIOS to A02 and also playing with the adaptive and custom charging settings in the BIOS, but nothing seems to work. Running Win 7. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Omer

I can't be the only one that is having or has had this issue? I've read that the BIOS update was supposed to fix this issue?

Have you contacted Dell? Or posted in the M3800 owners thread maybe?

Yes I checked the M3800 thread and it seems people had an issue but its not clear if the new BIOS version helped them or not. I talked to Dell and he couldn't figure it out so he will send an email to their engineering team.

At the end the Dell rep even asked me if I googled a possible solution :)
