I got my E6500 last month from Dell Outlet. I need a larger resolution, preferably 1680X1050. I am looking at a few cheap LCDs on ebay and also on the net. They are either for the Latitude D8* series or just mentioned as Latitude.

Has anyone upgraded a LCD on thier Latitude? Are they all compatible as long as the screen size is 15.4"?

    Thanks
    Leo

1680x1050 is not available for latitude.

the next larger one is the WUXGA resolution. you cant just get any screen and expect it to be compatible, also, the lcd back panel, there are different sizes for the different E6500 screens
