    I have a brand new E6500 that I reformatted and installed Vista Enterprise on and now after i have done all the updates provided- and some i have installed twice- i still have a pci serial port in device manager with a yellow bang on it. what is it and how do i get the driver for it? TIA

    This is a device from Intel AMT. Install the AMT drivers from the Dell site.
