Hi, I can't connect my e6500 to a sony bravia v series tv. It's basically a displayport to hdmi connection. Why is nothing detected? Shouldn't this be very easy?

    Thank you!

    What is your GPU?

If you have the Nvidia solution, did you try looking inside the Nvidia Control Panel (see Control Panel), and try to force TV detection. Did you try the latest drivers from Nvidia.com website (download any Quadro Mobile or Gefoce Mobile drivers for your correct Windows, and it will work)
