    When i record a video, it looks like there are horizontal lines that flicker constantly. its really annoying. any idea how to fix it? im pretty sure i have the newest drivers. (vista business 32bit)

    anyone have any ideas? seems like 50hz helps a bit, although i thought it was supposed to go the other way.
