So the Midwest had some severe weather and I fell while walking. My bag is $8 so it is just mere cloth with no padding literally.

I was carrying my ATG and my friend's 13 inch MBP in my bag together. So when I fell, my 200 lb body must have crushed the two against the solid concrete in like 4.5 feet drop.

The ATG got a small sesame-sized "ding" on the corner of the screen shock mount, but I didn't even realized until much later tonight. But the MBP got broken screen, "bent" aluminum that damaged the keyboard, and of course it won't power on at all.

I have to pay for the damages I guess, but the moral of the story is that... Well the the ATG does pay off in situations like this. Funny that earlier in the library he was making fun of how bulky my laptop was with the extra battery slice.

The poor kid doesn't have his laptop during the mid-term week.

    :( and :)

Ugly and reliable trumps pretty and shiny every single time. ;)

Ugly? Oh you mean the Macbooks. Haha.

Nothing beats this industrial design man. It's the rugged individualism. I've had it with hippie kids with stickers on their MBP trying to express the artistic "talent." (The Giving Tree one was the only cool one) :D

Anyways the E6400 retires. The "new" E6410 just arrived today.
