Just half cup water poured on the key board (But the keyboard is water proof). Just dump the water out and dried a while, then I started it and used for 20 minutes, then it turned off and try to start all the time but fail. I dried it for another 30 minutes then started it and used for 5 hours without any problem.
But this morning it failed to start. I just heard the fan and disk start to run and stopped after 3 seconds, but the disk light is on, and the battery light flashes (even when I take off the battery). No I disassembled the keyboard and expose the motherboard and let it dry naturally.
Anyone analyze this problem for me? Thanks!

I mean you probably just didn't let it dry long enough. Even if there are only trace amounts of water left, it can wreak havoc later on... most of the time people dry spills for at least a day. I presume the motherboard is hosed.

As Commander Wolf said, you usually wait at least a day (personally I'd wait several) before you ever turn on a laptop with liquid damage. You usually use rice to help with the drying as well.

You're motherboard might be trashed now...
