    Hi edamame1,
My name is Amar, I work for Social Media and Community Team at Dell,
With regards to your concern as I understand that you are having difficulty in enabling Bluetooth on your system,
Please follow the below mention steps to fix this issue.

    • This model comes with optional Bluetooth card i.e. Dell 360/ 365 Bluetooth card
    • Please make sure in Bios under wireless Option the Wireless Switch & Wireless Devices are checked.
    • If the Bluetooth card is present in the system in device manager under network adapter it should say Bluetooth Device (Personal Area network) & Bluetooth Device(RFCOMM Protocol TDI)
    • If still no go please open your system to check if the Bluetooth card is installed or not, if it is try reseating it and also try reinstating the drivers (Below attached are the manual and driver link)
