Latitude D610 internal speakers quit

I have a latitude d610 and the internal speakers just quit working. They were working fine last week. I took a trip last weekend and used my headset alot. Now I can't hear anything from the computer without using the headset. Does anyone know how to reset this or fix this? Thanks.
