Latitude c840 video problem

    I purchased a new DVD-ROM which fits into the modular bay, the cd is working fine but the DVD when trying to play it via windows media player, gives an error message stating copyright issues, when I try it using PowerDVD, I get an error code #F4D41436 and it reads

    any ideas please?

    Problem solved, sorry guys, I simply upgraded the video driver.
