Latitude 7380/7390 vs XPS 13 9360 & Dell Outlet

Hello,

I'm planning to upgrade to Latitude 7380 from my current E7240. I really like the XPS 9360's all-rounded features such as bigger screen, yet within a small frame aka the Infinite Display, amazing battery and also Thunderbolt 3 especially powerable through Type-C Cable only. I don't wish to carry additional adapters.

I believe Latitude 7380 resembles a lot of XPS 9360 but I couldn't get much detail about the Thunderbolt 3 especially powerable through Type-C Cable only, without the need for AC Adapter. Can you help me on this?

Also, I see that Dell Outlet USA has many great offer on 7380.
I will be visiting US on next month. I'm wondering whether I could have any luck purchasing myself with International Card when I'm there.

I just got my 7390 the other day, love it...very well made... looks great... i didn't get the touch screen. You will appreciate the 8th gen processor, but the 7380 is a great notebook as well. They just hit the outlet also... I've purchased 99% of our workstations at work through the outlet

I have find the Type-C or Thunderbolt in 7380 or 7390 confusing. Is your 7390 chargeable with Type-C cable and adaptor?
