Anyone know the details of the optical drive that ships with the latitude 6430u?

I'm interested in picking one up from the Outlet but I'm told they don't come with any external drives so I'll have to get this separately? Also, is there a recommended docking station for this laptop? :)

They are optional, some of the refurb units will have external optical drives, some won't. its basically a E series drive (fits into any latitude E series laptop that has an optical slot) and a plastic external enclosure for it, connects to the ESATA port on the laptop or docking station.

There are DVD-ROM and DVD/RW models.

You could get any USB optical drive and it would do the job as well, no need to get the Dell one.
