i am working on a latitude 600. It has windows 2000 on it. the problem is that the user claimed to have removed the password on the laptop for a uncle to take it to flordia with him. But when removing it still requires a password the user being used was admin. so the admin password has been reset. but it still wont let him logg on. What can i do???

How did you reset the password? Did you use one of those Linux boot disk password removers?
