    There are OEM docks for the Latitude 10 on eBay for $42. It costs $119 from dell.com. Should I bite?

    They are probably fine. It is typically for accessories and stuff to be way overpriced on the Dell site.

    Yes, it is and those docks on eBay are often only slightly used, but they just don't show it.
