Can someone recommend me a laptop sleeve for a M4700 with battery slice?

Should I just go for a 17 inch laptop sleeve? I will be using the laptop sleeve both with and without a battery slice.

I would say that you should look at a 16" sleeve at least. I remember when looking for a backpack, the M4700 would not fit well in most "15.6" bags. I cannot comment on the size of the battery slice as I do not have it, but the laptop is a bit bulkier than most 15.6 inchers on its own.

That depends on the type of sleeve: for carrying or protection? Currently no sleeves are designed for Precisions so the term as traditionally thought of doesn't really apply. The Precision case is too rugged and will eventually cut through any sleeve (I've gone through 3 so far). For best results and with the Slice attached you need a leather or heavy fabric sleeve. The ones used (and thick enough) to carry the laptop.
