Is it me or is my M4400 RGB LED Screen not as good as my M1330

    So - I've been re-installing Vista on my M4400 (LED RGB Screen) and it Looks to me that it is just not as White as the LED screen on my M1330.

    i just love the sharpness and whiteness of the LED (Sec5441) of the 1330.

    The M4400 screen is very nice and all that and the color is much truer - but it is just not white.... Have the same problem on my Dell 2408wfp - its just not white.:confused:

    any ideas are my eyes deceiving me, anyone have the same issue

    Looks perfectly white to me. I did, however, use a Huey Pro to calibrate it...

    As with any screen, It may well be that the screen shows incorrect colors (in this case, especially colored whites in particular). You can solve this by calibrating your screen. And no, it is NOT possible to reliably calibrate a screen by just looking at it.
    Measuring colors using just your eyes is a very, very tricky thing.
