    Hey guys,

Just got my M6600 in and thought I read somewhere that installing the beta drivers would get the card recognized as a 6970M. Installing the 13.2 betas did not produce this result.

Any idea how to do this? I would think getting 6970 drivers working would provide better optimizations for games.

    Thanks!

    Well I tried a few other beta drivers with no luck (12.11 b 4, 12.11 b 11, 12.11 b 6). Out of ideas.

I think a BIOS flash should do it for you, check over in the M18x forums.
