    I'm not sure it's an issue as much as it is a feature.

    The thinking is, if you aren't using it, turn it off and save the power.

    I dunno. I've learned to live with it.

    The issue with me is that I use this laptop for work and we have a lot of network applications. If I step away for a while and come back, I have to restart those applications and it gets pretty annoying.
