my computer has dedicated Nvidia Quadro NVS 160m and i need to use the onboard graphics it for Nvidia Optimus so i could get a performance boost using the DIY eGPU

the problem is i cannot see the settings or options for not(cant see even on BIOS)

The normal or cheaper model of my computer comes with an onboard (Intel GMA 4500) so i assume my computer also has one

so how do i enable or switch the Intel GMA 4500?

There isn't an onboard X4500 for the E6400 with the NVS160M.

Quite a few NVS160M E6400 systems came with a PCMCIA rather than expresscard slot. Suggest check that first. In any case, there are two ways of getting better performance with your system:

    1. Do a x2 link combing the WWAN (port1) and wifi (port2) ports. REF: Discrete-E6400 schematic.

    2. Swap out the systemboard for a 4500MHD version. Then you can run x1.Opt with a NVidia Fermi.
