how to enable bluetooth d520 laptop

I own a dell latitude d520. how to enable bluetooth? do this model has bluetooth drivers or need to download and install. it has a bluetooth iconon the control panel so I hope bluetooth can be enabled. please guide

 

Did you purchase a bluetooth module when you originally configured the computer? Have you added a bluetooth module since receiving the computer?

If you answered no to both of those questions, you can't enable bluetooth. It requires a separate radio, and if that radio isn't present in the computer, it will need to be added in order to enable bluetooth connectivity.
