The numbers and info you're showing don't make any difference as to whether it's new or refurbed. Refurbished units will be stated to be on the invoice or elsewhere. The part # on the DVD has nothing to do with the part # on the box, nor does the setup picture. All manuals have base configurations, and don't necessarily show all models. If it's different you need to get the current manual for your particular model configuration off the support site for your system.

Well, I mean, did you buy it as "Certified Refurbished" or "Previously Ordered New"? If it's "Certified Refurbished", then it's most like a refurb, if it's "Previously Ordered New", it's most likely just that. No Outlet laptops are supposed to come with any accessories regardless of the original configuration as far as I know.

I have a similar question. If I buy an used laptop Dell E6400 from a seller on eBay, and the seller doesn't provide any original invoice or receipt, is there any method to check whether the laptop is refurbished? Can the service tag help me figure out the matter that I want to know?
    Thanks in advance.
