    Anyone can share how fast did you receive your order after placed online? I ordered E6400 on 9/14/08 and would like to know when Dell is going to ship my order.

    Many have received their E6400's within a week's time from ordering. Some were even lucky enough to get to the 'shipping' stage within a couple days! Dell's "preliminary ship date" on the order page is grossly exaggerated, often saying as long as two weeks before it ships.

    Mine ordered sept.12, still in production. Hopefully it'll ship by the end of the week.... I know, I feel your pain. The wait is killing lol. And unfortunately since I think all Dell in North America are shipped from the US, it means longer transit time for me, in Canada. snif :'(...

    I ordered an E6400 on Friday the 12th I got an email saying the expected delivery date is tomorrow the 17th so we'll see
