Hello omniscient board--I come here more with problems than solutions--and I appreciate your help.

My current problem has to do with hibernation. I have a Dell Vostro 1400--64 bit Vista Business. When I hibernate the beast, then I can't get it to 'un-hibernate'--aka--the computer just sits there with the power light lit up blue and the wifi light lit up blue--screen blank--and no activity whatsoever. Eventually--I just have to hold down the power button and force quit the beast because it is evident that she doesn't want to come back from her long slumber.

Does this ring any bells for anyone? I don't receive an error message or anything. If you need additional information--please tell me what I need to provide.

    Thanks!

It might be your memory. Try it with one of the sticks of RAM removed. I had the exact same problem with my Acer Ferrari and it was all due to a bad stick of RAM.
