Help - V13 Changing Brightness via Kybd Quirky

*FIXED* Hardware Issue

I just noticed this issued and it is quirky to say the least. I Googled it and sure enough someone else described my problem 100%. The funny thing is the up and down arrow keys work it's just if you use the Fn Key with the brightness up and down keys. Any ideas?

Recently, pressing fn + up/down (brightness) keys gets random results. The
up key dims and then reverses and brightens. Key press again, nothing
changes. Key press down brightens or dims intermittent. Strange random
behavior.

Adjusting using the display brightness slider via Power Management works
fine (normal)"
