Help me find a docking station for Dells with serial port, two DVI ports, and a USB 3.0 port!

I'm desperately on the hunt for two docking stations or port-extenders.

One that works with E-class Dells (Latitude) and another that works with M-class Dells (Precision).

Each must have at least one serial port, any number of USB 3.0 ports, and two DVI (either -D or -I) ports. What is tripping me up is the combination of the serial port and the USB 3.0 port makes this a rare beast.

I've gone through the 27 docking stations and E-port port-extenders on the Dell website and can't find a single one that seems to work.

The closest I’ve come is the following three:

(1) “E-Port Plus Replicator with 130-Watt Power Adapter Cord for Select Dell Latitude Laptops / Precision Mobile WorkStations” (Dell part# 469-0174) (see:E-Port Plus Replicator with 130-Watt Power Adapter Cord for Select Dell Latitude Laptops / Precision Mobile WorkStations : Computer Accessories | Dell). This 469-0174 one has everything required except there is ambiguity about the USB 3.0 port on the Dell website. The website technical specs only say “5 x Hi-Speed USB - 4 pin USB Type A” so I can’t tell if it has a USB 3.0 or is only USB 2.0. I can’t find a manual or user guide anywhere for this product. Just two weeks ago in France, one ebay seller of the 469-0174 claimed “This is the revised E-series replicator with USB 3.0.”, but he could be mistaken. (2) Dell part # 331-3181 which has USB3.0, serial, and 2 DVIs, but that only works for Dell Latitude E6420 XFR.

(3) Dell part # 331-6304 which also has all 3 of these but only works for Dell Latitude E6540.

What to do here? Advice anyone?

Also, does anyone have any ideas why the 331-3181 and 331-6304 I identified above might only be limited to those particular two Dell E-class notebooks? I would have thought that the E-port would make it work with all Dell E- and M-class notebooks.
