    I have a little problem with my dell latitude D600 note book,i have been installed windowas XP then install other software,there are not working key board properly.when i type E there are open windows explore.please help me i have japan keyboard.i want to know how can i fix this problem.may be some setting problem in key board lay out :( :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

    I wonder if there is a hardware problem.

    1. Run the Dell diagnostics (boot from the driver / utility CD) and/or

    2. Boot from a Linux live CD (eg Ubuntu) and see if that works OK.

    Yeah, check for hardware issues. Also, pressing Windows key+ 'e' open Windows explorer so the actual windows key could be stuck.
