I'm thinking about getting the new Precision M4400
But I can't find a review on it anywhere
Or even a few good pics of it
I would be highly grateful of a link to some pics or a review
I'm guessing no one on here has one yet?

and how much tax does Dell add after I make my Lappy config?
I think I configed a M1530 to about $1900 and it ended up being just under $2000 does this sound about right?

The tax depends on your zip code. So you know better than anyone else.

Have you seen the gallery on Dell's website? http://www.dell.com/content/product...vcmtzdGF0aW9uX3ByZWNpc2lvbl9tNDQwMCNyZWdpb24=

You'll have to be patient for reviews since consumers won't get their units until early September, judging by the shipping estimates on Dell.com. Websites like NBR might have review units, so we might see some early reviews.

Lastly, as f4ding said, the tax depends on where you live. It's usually around 8% but varies based on your state/city/county.

EDIT: If you pay 6% sales tax on items you buy at your local stores, then yes, Dell will charge you 6%.

okay Thanks I get the Taxes now
And yea I was hopeing someone would review a review unit...
I seen an early review for the E6400
They had a review unit... and it wasn't even a big websit that I knew
So someone should have a M4400 to review right?

And that link gives me an error page on dells site
and when I get on the page for the M4400 and the have links for fetures, image gallery, and specs or something, All the links open a pop that just says No Image

    Edit: Heres the M4400 page
    http://www.dell.com/content/product...station_precision_m4400?c=us&l=en&s=bsd&cs=04
If I try to click on the Gallary, 360, or Features I just get a pop that says no images...
So I don't know where to find a gallery

I fixed the link in my post now. As for the gallery not loading, it might be an issue with Flash. Do you have Adobe Flash Player 9 installed for your browser?

I really like this Lappy even more now
It's got 2 things are really wanted in my Lappy
3 mouse buttons and a lil joy stick type thing in the keyboard which I really like
And I love the black inside and the outside is pretty good

Are there going to be any discounts on these notebooks?
Perhaps a sale on Labor Day if you're in the U.S.?

Are you talking about sales apart from the $335 off they have on the M4400 right now? I highly doubt generous sales this early in the laptop's life cycle, more so because Dell and others gouge people on the business laptops.
