    Nope, D620 was 945 chipset and GMA-950/NVIDIA graphics. D630 was 965 chipset and X3100/NVIDIA graphics. D630 dropped IRDA and bumped FSB from 533/667 to 800MHz. Cooling is also fine on non-NVIDIA implementations. We still have two T9600, 8GB, 120G SSD, 1440x900 Intel graphics-based D630's in the house, both have been running fine since new and honestly for basic web surfing etc. are perfectly adequate.

    T9600? Really? Aren't those 1066MHz chips, not the 800MHz's needed by the 965?

    You're correct, it is a T9300.
