    Hello.

Is there any possible way to overclock the M8900 card?

I have tested MSI Afterburner and are unable to adjust the sliders any further.
Riva Tuner doesn't recognize my card.
Sapphire TRIX allows me to overclock but my screen then flickers with artifacts.

I have the AMD Catalyst Driver 12.11 Beta 4 for the M8900 to be changed to the HD 6970m.

Is there software online that I've missed to allow me to push the boundaries further or should I install the FirePro drivers and try that way?

I would try the firepro drivers, but if Trixx gives you flickering artifact, you may just be unlucky and have a card that doesn't overclock well. Try overclocking the core clock without touching the memory clock.

I was just googling the other day how to convert an M8900 to 6970 with drivers (last thread I could find were 8.85 catalyst!!) and couldn't find a good choice. Now I know! Thanks.
