    Hi guys,

    I have a Dell Vostro 3360.

    I have installed 2 X 4 GIG of ram, but only 4 GIG is displayed in the BIOS.
    I have also updated the bios to the latest version.

    Any suggestions?

    Try both DIMMS in one slot to see if the DIMMs work... then try a working DIMM in both slots to see if the slots work?
