    Well, the same guy came by yesterday afternoon. And of course, it only took him like 5 minutes to install everything. But, the annoying thing about Dell is, when they ship you a "pre-loaded HD of Vista" it really means you have to sit there for another 60 minutes to let it install DCP and even Norton...lol At least it's up and running again.

    But I'm definitely accidentally breaking this model once there's a refresh.

    Given that Dell has been virtually bending backwards to accommodate you in the last 6 months, do you really think that this is called for?

    I can't help but think that you just got tired of your E6400, and you need to keep getting new laptops...

    They have not been virtually bending backwards, you have no idea the amount of time I had to spend waiting on the phone or on chat just to get where I was... I don't think you're in a position to argue that point. Especially in a time, where having a laptop is critical for me.

    Plus, I have the complete care warranty. I bought it because I know I'll probably drop it or spill something on it somehow somewhere, it's only a matter of time. It's not like I'm planning on breaking it into millions of pieces on a certain date.
