    Hi I am looking for a tool to control the CPU speed with my M6400, RMClock does not work with Vista x64, please do you have any other suggestion, thanks

    You could try CPUgenie. It's discussed here.

    However, I thought that RMClock can work with Vista 64 provided you use the signed rtcore64.sys driver. See the last part of the undervolting guide.
