I'd really appreciate to hear the impressions from any of you that have an E6500 with WUXGA screen.

What's the screen quality like ?

    Do you find 1920 x 1200 too small on a 15" screen ?

    How's your battery life ?

    Screenshots would be great !

I have the E6500 with the WUXGA. The quality of the screen is pretty good. I am used too small resolutions so this works OK for me. It is definitely on the small side if your not used to it.

The biggest complaint I have is that in all 4 corners the brightness is faded about half an inch in. The response time seems lower than current desktop LCDs also. I would estimate it around 8 - 16ms response time based on what I am used to.

My battery life is around 1 hour and 30 minutes at 50% brightness. On the low side. But the room for open applications and multi-tasking at this resolution makes up for it for me.

Hope this information helps. If you have any specific questions for me about it I would be happy to answer.

many thanks eger. The battery life drainage is that drastic? I hear it can get a good 3-4 hours with the 6 cell non WUXGA.
