For some reason the E6500 running Windows XP Pro and A06 Bios won't boot with a USB flash drive attached. Is there a work-around for this, short of unplugging the USB drive for startup, and plugging it in once Windows has come up? I tried changing the bios boot media to "internal hard drive", but that did not help.

Thanks in advance if anyone has a solution.
