Is there any way to set up a tap zone type of thing or even a keyboard shortcut to go back one web page?

On my Sony, I can slide my finger along the top, but I cannot figure out anything on the Dell.

    Thanks

I see no tap zone options on my E6400. It would be useful to be able to swap the zoom options for user-define tap zones.
