e6500 problem

    I got an e6500 a couple weeks ago. Sometimes, when the computer would restart, it would get stuck on the black loadup screen with the white text that says "intel(r) matrix storage..." I bought the laptop through my college, so I took it to their repair store. They sent it back to Dell, and Dell gave me a new computer. The new computer is doing the same thing. Please tell me someone else has at least heard of this happening so I can tell that to my repair shop so they don't think I am breaking the computer.
