I upgraded my Latitude E6430 from Win7 Pro to Win10 Pro using the upgrade method. For the most part, everything works great. But, I do find that the fan is almost always on now when it was rarely on before. It also doesn't sleep like before - I close the laptop, put in my bag - normally I could let it sit for a couple days, open it, plenty of battery left. After Win10, I pulled out of bag after 5 hours and the laptop was hot, fan going, battery only 20% and it faded fast.

When I look at CPU in Win10 task manager, it shows that my i5-3360M 2.80Ghz CPU is running at 3.28Ghz.

I've updated to the latest drivers - both the Dell site and the Intel Driver Utility.

Has anyone else had issues with running Win10 on this or similar laptops?
