I took out my E6430 with dGPU from storage (battery was left in the laptop, last used 6 months ago).
I plugged a 90W adaptor and booted to Windows 7 desktop. I left it as it is and 5 minute later it go blank with no led. It could not turn back on. I left it on my bed and have a unpowered laptop cooler. Overheating shouldn't be the case and the cooler is regularly dusted.
I did the 30sec power discharge method without battery and plugging the cable.

I switched around 2 working charger, the same thing happens. The Led on the brick /cable turned off the moment I plug in or when switch on the power outlet. When I press the power button, nothing happens. No burning smell was present.

I've reseat the rams, have 1 ram only, remove/replug cmos battery cable, replug DC connector cable.

The laptop is out of warrenty. Is there any solution or fix for this?
