    Nope, it doesn't. I wouldn't expect that to change within the lifetime of the E6400 either.

    Nope. DDR2. :) Cheap!

    There is almost no advantage to DDR3, the power savings is minimal as is the performance benefit.

    Lenovo is the only company that seems to be implementing DDR3-1066 across most of their notebook model lines. Even with the DDR3, those models aren't showing any significant performance increase or improved battery life compared to their competitors, most of whom use DDR2-800.
