What are you on about!? The fan in the M4400 is NOT made out of copper.
You're first post on this subject reads like some rabid assault, why? I've had 2 M4400's but i haven't seen any change in heatpipes or anything.
And yes, heat goes up but that makes no difference as the heat is treated right at the source.
And at the last point you defeated yourself rigth away.....Lenovo uses a design which they patented, right? You see the reason why Dell doesn't use that design then? PATENTED

Oh hang on....Goodbytes already had the best possible reply:
    Troll.....be gone! :D

Wish I knew this before they replace my mainboard. But since then I have have no issues with throttling, at all. Looks like a mainboard replace and heatsink replace has fixed it for me.

Cool, for some reason it doesn't show GPU temp (probably because I have a dedicate GPU), and battery info doesn't show (says "Not present" while it is, as I am using the battery.

Oooouuu! Try the same thing, but instead Fn+R, do Fn+T ( if you have music playing, stop it before, as it play like if your computer froze, until you get out of the menu by hitting Esc)

It says if your LCD is LED or CFL, I think it says teh battery manufacture... I have "Simplo LiIon", Google links me to a company in Taiwan who makes battery. Maybe I can contact them directly to order my laptop battery without paying Dell high price.. who knows.
