Hi all, i'm not that familiar with laptop hardware upgrades...I have an E6400 with an NVIDIA Quatro NVS 160M display adapter. I'm playing some video games and usually have to set all the video settings to the lowest possible in order to play at all. Is there any way to upgrade the video performance from a hardware approach? Such as adding more video RAM or even a different adapter? Is it like a desktop inside where I can just pull out the card and put a new on in
    Thanks!

You cannot change the hardware of the internal GPU in any way. You could try to OC it and see if you have any thermal/silicon headroom, but otherwise your best bet is to muck around with an eGPU or buy a new laptop.

The GPU is soldered on the motherboard, no way to upgrade independently. You may, however, upgrade together with the motherboard the best Quadro NVS card offered by Dell.

There is no better GPU for the E6400 than the 160M. I suppose you could use an M2400 mobo with the FX370M, but even that I think is basically the same thing (maybe slightly different clocks?).
