my latitude e6400 gpu temps, nvidia quadro 160, range from high 50s to low 70s under light loads like watching dvds/videos, which seems high. just wondering what other peoples temps were.

this may be too good to be true but after upgrading to the latest bios which was released in the past couple of days, A12, the temps are much much better, using everest to monitor. Previously cpu temps were in the 50-60s, and gpu in the 60-70s, now the gpu is the 50s and cpu in the 40s.

    Anyone else experience this?

My temps certainly didn't go down that much. However, they weren't that high to start - my GPU maxed out at about 70 during light/normal use (CPU at 50). Max, while gaming (with overclock on GPU), I had about 85GPU/60CPU. I had a drop of maybe 2 degrees on average. What bios were you upgrading from?
