I just did a clean install of Windows 8.1 Pro on my E6400. It detected all drivers except for the Dell ControlVault w/o Fringerprint Sensor. I manually installed a driver for that and it shows up in my Device Manager properly, but in the Action Center, I'm getting a message that says, "Your security device has stopped working properly because a compatible driver isn't available for this version of Windows. The model name of your security device is BCM5880. This device is distributed by many different PC manufacturers." Anyone with the same issue and have a fix or updated driver? The driver I had was working fine with Windows 8.
