Does anyone know when is the E4300 coming out ?

and what is the price range going to be ?

I see that they have dropped the prices for E6400. The base price is like $879..... Wondering if i can get the E4300 around the same price range.

We're looking at 9/16 for a release date. And no, it will be higher priced. I've heard rumors suggesting $1600. You pay for smaller notebooks.

    $1600 doesn't align with dell's business strategy

We'll see. I could be wrong, but it sure isn't going to be $879 either.

TkNeo is right, I'll bet a 1600 dollars that the e6400 is less than 1600 dollars. People who say 1600 are way off

I'll stick with my 'way off' estimate :D. Until 9/16 that is.

I'll bet the E4300 won't be less than $1200 to start off the base config...

The E4300 is surprisingly light according to the spec sheet right now... 3.3lb base!? That's pretty light for a 13.3 business notebook

    Don't trust that figure. The E6400 should have been 4.1lbs, it's 5.1lbs.
