I just bought E4300 recently, it came with winxp. I instant WIN7 RTM x64, but it had blue screen many times.
    Analyze with whocrashed:
What i can do with this case? I think my problem come from win7, because i test with SP2004 Orthos Edition 5h, it is ok. Not yet testing with another windows because i want to use Win7

I had the same issues with an E4300 that came from the outlet. That one had an older revision motherboard/CPU that caused those problems for me, regardless of the OS I installed. Is your E4300 new? When was it manufactured?

If it's a new E4300 with the new rev. motherboard and that presumably isn't the cause, it looks like it could be a driver issue. Which drivers from Dell did you install, if any?

My E4300 came from outlet too, It is manufacture at later 07/2009 i don't remember exactly.
And what did you do in this case? I can not send back to Dell because this one do not have International Warranty.
I installed all drivers support Win7 from Dell.
