dvd burner problem on dell vostro 1500

    i have a dell vostro 1500 about an year . the dvd burner is TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-L632H its refusing to ready blank dvd's
    i updated the firmware to D500 still not working. even if it managed to ready the blank dvd to burn fails.
